Consignment Guidelines

Items we accept for consignment based on the current season we are in:

Children:  Infant-XL, 3mo-20
Women:  XS-3X, 0-24
Men:  S-2X, 30-42
Junior:  XS-XL, 0-17
Petite
Maternity
Uniforms
Formal/Prom Dresses
Dresses/Pant/Skirt sets
Womens Plus
Shoes and other Accessories

Wedding/Bridesmaid dresses are no longer accepted.

Please check our General Guidelines page for information on how to bring in items and what items we are accepting all year around.  All items in the store are on a 90 day cycle.  When choosing what items to bring in, consider if it is something you could wear within the next 90 days or within the season we are currently accepting.

How to consign with Repeat Performance:
Please limit your clothing amount to 35 peices.  This will help us serve you better and speed up the process.

New consignors must come in their first time Monday thru Friday between 10:30-4:30, so we can explain our policies and answer any questions they may have.  Please allow 20 minutes for your first visit, limit of 35 items.

Drop and Run forms are available at back check-in counter or online (for established consignors only).  You have 24 hours to stop back and pick up any items we did not accept or they will be donated.

Consignment Terms:
The consignment period is for no less than 90 days.  If you want items returned before the 90 day period, there will be a $1.00 per item charge.  You may have your items returned or donated at the end of the 90 days, if they do not sell.  We do not return jewelry or other misc. items.

All prices are subject to change during the 90 day period, including all sales and markdowns.  You may tell us if you want a specific price for an item and we will work with you to find a price that is within reason for our store.  We set the price.  

A new consignor recieves 45% of the selling price on regular clothing merchandise.  If he or she consigns 2 or more times during their first year, the consignor will recieve 50% of the selling price on regular clothing merchandise.  It will stay at this percentage as long as the consignor continues to consign 2 or more times per year.

Consignors will recieve 50% of the selling price on Formal/Prom wear, Leather Coats/Jackets and Furs. 

Consignors can now check their account balances online using www.myresaleweb.com!  This allows he or she to see if they have money in their account and what has sold at their convenience!  Consignors may also call or stop in to check their balance at any time.

Returning Items Not Sold:
Consignors who want unsold items returned may pick them up anytime between the payout date and the last pickup date listed on their card.  If items are not picked up by this date, they will become property of Repeat Peformance and be donated to charity. 

Formal/Prom wear that are to be returned can be left in the store up to a year and half from consignment date.  If items are not picked up by the end of this period, they will become property of Repeat Performance and be donated to charity. 

WE DO NOT CALL TO REMIND YOU, SO PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR CONSIGNORS WHO WANT ITEMS RETURNED. 

Items donated to charity at the end of the 90 days may be eligible as a tax deduction.  If you would like a donation receipt, please call, stop in, or provide a stamped, self-addressed envelope and we will gladly mail it to you at the end of the year.

Payment Terms:
You may pick up money from any item that may have sold anytime or wait until your 90 day consignment period ends (which is your payout date listed on your card).  If the amount is less than $25.00, you will be paid in cash.  Anything over $25.00 will be issued as a check. 

Checks are on file for a period of one year from your payout date.  Checks over one year old automatically expire and the funds become property of Repeat Performance.  If you wish to have your check mailed, please provide a stamped, self-addressed envelope. 

Disclaimer: Repeat Performance assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items, fire, vandalism, ect.  Our insurance will not cover your items if any of this should occur.  Everything stated on this site is not intended to be a contract or to provide any guarantees.
